FAQ
How is this different from Reuters or AP wires?
We don't resell wire copy. News Desk clusters headlines and metadata you already ingest, then generates cited briefs and surfaces open-data primary sources — SEC, Congress, courts — that wires don't bundle.
Do you store full article text?
No. Headlines, URLs, fair-use snippets, and AI summaries only. LLM is never the source of truth; every fact links back to a source row.
What's the 14-day trial?
Full Pro feature set for two weeks. If reporters don't ship more stories with better sourcing, walk away — no lock-in pitch.
Can we add custom beat packs?
Enterprise includes custom RSS packs and ingest configuration. Pro includes three standard packs; Starter includes one.
Who is this built for?
Regional and national newsrooms, newsletter desks, and investigative teams that need Reuters-class workflow without a $300K vendor wall.
